Before the call

Have a think about three things: what a walk looks like right now, the one moment at home you would most like to change, and what you want it to look like in six weeks. That is all he needs. Your dog does not need to be with you.

What happens after

If Brandon thinks we can help, he will tell you which way in he would start with (academy days, a class, or a session at your home) and when your dog could start. If he does not think we are the right fit, he will say so and point you somewhere better.
