We offer a range of services including dog daycare, individual training, group training sessions, and personalized in-home training. Our memberships include Basic, Standard, Premium, and Ultimate packages to suit various needs.
You can sign up for a membership through our website by filling out a questionnaire. Our admin staff will review your application, and if approved, you can proceed to membership registration. If an evaluation is needed, we will schedule it with you.
Daycare: One Full Day of Daycare, Safe Socialisation, Monitored Play, Impulse Control Training, Progress Report, Online Community Access.
Exercise: All Daycare features plus Outdoor Exercise and Photo Updates.
Training: All Daycare & Exercise features plus Video Updates, Individual Training, Client Requests, and Circuit Training.
Ultimate: All other features plus Personal Trainer, Personalised Training Plan, In Home Training, and Group Training Sessions.
Our daycare and training services are available Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
We have two locations: Shellharbour, NSW, and Wollongong, NSW.
We work with up to 30 dogs a day, ensuring each dog receives individual attention and care.

Our membership operates on a gym membership style direct debit system, ensuring a hassle-free and consistent payment process. Fees are automatically deducted weekly, monthly or annually based on your chosen package.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Please contact our support team to make changes to your plan.
We offer an evaluation session for new clients to assess suitability. This helps us tailor the best training and care plan for your dog.
To cancel your membership, please contact our support team at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. We will assist you with the cancellation process.
