The Fine Print ;)

Minimum Commitment:
Our memberships are designed with flexibility in mind, requiring a minimum of only a month-to-month sign-up. This ensures that you can adapt as needed while still providing consistent care for your dog.

Booking Deposit:
A deposit is required to secure your weekly booking. This ensures that your spot is reserved and our team is prepared to provide the best experience for your dog.

Welcome Process:
Once you book, you'll receive an informative welcome email along with a phone call from our amazing admin team. They will assist you in scheduling your ongoing training times and answer any questions you may have.

Membership Payment:
Our memberships involve signing up to our debit system, EZIDEBIT, which allows for weekly, monthly, or upfront direct debit payments on the day of training. Please note that EZIDEBIT fees apply.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:
We require 48 hours' notice to reschedule a day to another suitable day within the same week. If you do not provide sufficient notice, you will be charged the full price for cancellation.

Promotional Pricing:
After your initial 4 weeks at promotional pricing, your payments will automatically resume to the standard pricing.

Commitment to Offers:
All promotional offers require a minimum commitment of 12 sessions. This ensures that your dog receives consistent training for the best results.

Honesty in Sign-Up:
When filling out the questionnaire during sign-up, please be honest about your dog’s temperament. If your dog has a bite history or is considered reactive, don't stress—we can still help you! However, we will take a different approach to their training.
